Your student account also provides a safe and secure way to pay your bill and receive your refund.

How to access your account.
Follow these simple steps to access your Bursar student account:
- Go to goPFW.
- Enter your username and password in the designated areas and click the sign-in button.
- Navigate to the Bursar card.
- Click on "Click Here to See Your Bill" (a new window will open revealing your student account).
Tips and Advice
Keep your account in good standing.
Review the following information for assistance throughout the semester.
- An email will be delivered to your student email once your statement is ready.
- Log in to your goPFW account, find the Bursar card, and click on "Click Here to See Your Bill"
- Fall fees are assessed mid-July and spring fees are assessed mid-November.
- Create a habit of reviewing these statements frequently.
- Be sure to pay your bill in full (online, in person, US mail, or drop box).
- If you’re unable to pay your balance in full, be sure to enroll in a deferred tuition and fees payment plan.
- Understand what fees are not included in the deferred payment plan. (Some fees must be paid out of pocket separate from deferred plan.)
- If your financial aid is greater than assessed fees, enroll in direct deposit to receive your remaining balance.
If you’ve made someone an authorized user on your account, they can do the following:
- View your student account information
- Make payments on your behalf
- Call or email the the Office of the Bursar and ask questions on your behalf
- Your due date can be found on your eStatement received through your student account.
- You’ll also find it listed on first page of goPFW account in the Academic Calendar channel.
- Finally, your due date can also found on last page of schedule of classes.
